Thank you for your interest in an interim stay or summer housing at Saint Mary's College! 夏天住房 requests for 2024 are due on Sunday, May 10th.
资格:
临时停留: Any student living on campus enrolled in the Spring 2024 semester will be eligible for interim and/or late stay, but must receive approval from Campus 住房. Interim stay is the immediate time after the closure of the residence halls in May.
夏天住房: Students who are enrolled for either Summer 2024 term or the Fall 2024 term are eligible for on campus housing during the summer.
How To 应用/Request:
Please complete and submit the 2024 interim/late stay form and/or the summer housing application via the 住房 Residence Life Portal by May 10th (Available April 17th). Once submitted, the Campus 住房 Office will follow up with further details on your request.
临时停留 Dates and 成本:
All students who wish to stay on campus after move-out, 2024年5月24日中午12点, must complete the late stay request form by no later than Sunday, 5月14日 via the Residence Life 住房 Portal (to open April 17th).
Requests will not be accepted after 5月14日. All requests received after 5月14日 will accrue a $50 late fee if approved. A rental charge per night will be applied to a student's account and is based on the current residence hall assignment. Graduating Seniors are permitted to stay until 12pm on Sunday, 5月26日, but must sign up utilizing the form as well.
All students who wish to stay on campus past May 26, 2024 must apply for summer housing via the Residence Life 住房 Portal.

夏天住房 Dates & 成本:
Costs will be determined by which room type you receive and length of stay. All requests for singles are subject to availability. Students will be assigned rooms for their summer housing assignments. Summer housing for 2024 will be in Claeys Hall North.
Students will be charged the appropriate weekly room rate by the number of weeks as indicated by expected check-out date on the summer 2024 housing application (available starting April 17th in Residence Life 住房 Portal).
Students who move-out prior to their indicated check-out date will receive a $100 early termination fee.

餐计划: At this time there will not be any meal plans available for purchase and are not included in room costs listed above, but students can purchase Flex dollars to be used in Oliver Hall, 咖啡店, 等. Learn more about dining options by clicking here.
Summer Residence Hall:
All summer residents will be housed in a one residence hall (Claeys Hall North). Students will be placed into either a single or double, dependent on availability.

Students on campus who are approved for summer housing will move to their summer assignment tentatively slated for May 30th 9:00am - May 31st 12pm. Campus 住房 will send more detail transition moving logistics information prior.
Students off campus who are approved for summer housing will move into their summer assignment as early as May 31, 2024 between 12pm-4pm.
