Grad Fair is Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Soda Activity Center.

Kick off Spring Break by visiting Grad Fair to pick up your 毕业典礼 标记, learn about all of the events during 毕业典礼 Weekend, check in with SMC offices, and meet local vendors for your Undergrad Grad Ground party (aka plots)!

If you have registered to participate in 毕业典礼, come to the Grad Fair to pick up your complimentary regalia (cap, 礼服, 流苏及兜帽), 客人的机票, view personalized announcements, 类珠宝, 文凭帧, alumni merchandise and more. Graduands will also have opportunities to win prizes! You could win a free diploma frame from Jostens to show off your achievement.

Can't make it to Grad Fair? Order your academic regalia online on Friday, March 29th through Thursday, April 18th; shopping charges will apply. The complimentary regalia ordering site will close on Friday, April 19th.

Grad Fair will feature campus representatives from 校友, 职业中心, Meetings, 事件 & Conference 服务 (研究生的理由 information), 注册处, 跨文化中心, and many more helpful staff members. 另外, a number of vendors will be on-site event rental companies and local caterers are also invited in case you missed the 研究生的理由 Showcase on Thursday, 3月7日.

  1. Upon arrival, graduands will check-in; please have your photo/SMC ID ready. Graduands will receive a Grad Fair Passport for navigating the event exhibitors as well as entering to win prizes.

  2. Go to the Jostens booth to pick up complimentary academic regalia, purchase discounted gift bundles (details attached), order personalized announcements or 类珠宝.

  3. 访问 SMC booths: 校友, Student Disability 服务, Grad 学校 KSOE, SEBA, SOLA & 紧急求救信号

  4. Pick up your 毕业典礼 Tickets from the MECS booth

  5. Stop by CollegeWear if you want to order a Personalized Stole.

  6. 访问 the ICC booth to sign up for Cultural Celebration(s)

  7. Take your official 研究生 Portraits with a free sitting by our official 毕业典礼 Photographer; proofs available online after Grad Fair if you would like to purchase photos.

  8. Decorate your Cap; free supplies will be provided, and please feel welcome to bring your own supplies if you’ve already got your unique design in mind.

  9. 访问 研究生的理由 vendors to plan your plot party! Tentative assignments are coming March 29th. Remember, we provide the plot - YOU plan the party.

  10. Turn in your Grad Fair Passport after visiting at least eight (8) booths for a chance to win a FREE 校友 Sweatshirt from the SMC Spirit Shop, a FREE Diploma Frame or a FREE Class Ring from Jostens, or or your 1st Choice 研究生的理由 Plot from MECS.

Our official 毕业典礼 标记 partner will be showing personalized announcements, 类珠宝 options and selling discounted bundles which include a diploma frame, SMC偷走了, and SMC Logo Zipper pull. Use the Stolebuilder to create a custom SMC偷走了 with your area of study, 类一年, and other custom text and images.
